Allyson Ott
 
 
Allyson has over 16 years in the casino industry with the last 10 years dedicated to the Table Games Department. Within the last 8 years she has worked in conjunction with over 11 casinos in the Southern California area, providing them the best trained dealers. Combining the best in training techniques along with implementing casino specific procedural programs, she enables students to hit the casino floor with confidence and ease. She has built a great rapport and reputation with the hiring and management departments that enable her to assist students in job placement upon graduation. She is currently employed at Sycuan Casino in the Table Games Department.

Chad Barnett
 
 
Chad brings over 17 years experience working in the casino industry, holding positions from Poker and Table Games Dealer to Poker Room Manager on multiple cruise ships and land based casinos. His extensive expertise and experience in Table Games operations includes but is not limited to Standard Operating Procedures and Minimum Internal Controls. He also brings wide range knowledge of game protection and detection of cheating techniques. In 2008 he headed poker room start-up operations as Chief Operations Officer of the Arizona Card Room, Inc. as well as Vice Chairman of the International Card and Game Players Association. Chad has over 8 years training experience in both the Table Games and Poker department. In 2011, Chad was contracted by Santa Ysabel Casino as Training Manager to assist in re-training of dealers and updating current Table Games Policies and Procedures. 

Erik Carter
 
  
A former Pit Manager at Barona Casino, Erik supervised the Private Gaming Area, a high limit gaming room offering the highest betting action in all of California. He is currently employed at Sycuan Casino as a Table Games Supervisor. Erik brings 12 years experience in the Table Games Department and over 8 years training experience to our school. His expertise in the pitch game and all around game protection and detection of cheating techniques provides our students with an edge entering into the casino industry as a Table Games Dealer.

Steve Owen
 
 
With over 7 years dealing experience in three of the largest casinos in Southern California and proficient in all games including Craps and Roulette, Steve also brings to West Coast Dealing Academy extensive knowledge of specific Table Games procedures for local casinos and card rooms. He has exceeded our expectations with his passion for the games as well as his keen mathematical calculation ability and knowledge of statistics. Steve was contracted through West Coast Dealing Academy by Valley View Casino to be their Mystery Card Roulette training manager in April 2011 to train their dealers and surveillance team.


* On occasion, we have managers from local casinos as well as dealers assist in training at W.C.D.A. if and when needed.
